ADAPT

Support

One person builds and answers for ADAPT. Email ragewithveldo@gmail.com and you'll get a reply — usually within a day or two.

The fastest way to get help

Settings → Send feedback, inside the app. It opens an email with your app version, device and iOS version already filled in, which is most of what's needed to work out what went wrong. Nothing personal is attached, and you can read and edit every word before it sends.

Common questions

My confirmation code hasn't arrived

Codes usually take under a minute, but they sometimes land in spam or in a promotions tab. Check both before asking for a new one. If it still hasn't come, tap Send a new code — the older one stops working at that point, so use the newest email. If you typed your address wrong, Use a different email takes you back.

The code says it didn't work

Codes expire, and only the most recent one is valid. Check you're reading the latest email, then ask for a new code if you need to.

I forgot my password

Resetting from inside the app isn't built yet. Email ragewithveldo@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and it'll be sorted manually.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete my account. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. That removes your account and everything in it — profile, schedule, food preferences, programmes, sessions, every logged set, meal plans, grocery lists, body measurements and water records — in one operation. It can't be undone, and it doesn't require contacting anyone. Full detail in the privacy policy.

Something hurts while training

Stop, and speak to a qualified professional. ADAPT is not a medical device: it doesn't assess your body, interpret symptoms, or give rehab advice, and it never will. If you need to work around an injury, that advice has to come from someone who can actually look at you.

A session I couldn't make

Nothing needs doing. ADAPT doesn't keep score, and it won't stack two sessions on one day to compensate. Use Something came up to move a session, or Less time today to shorten one.

It's not working offline

Sets you log are saved on your phone and sync when you're back online, so you can train in a basement gym with no signal. Generating a new meal plan or a new programme does need a connection.

Reporting a bug

Useful reports say three things: what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot beats a description. If you can tell me whether it happens every time or just once, that usually halves the time it takes to find.
